Mixed-Use Commercial and Private Residential Apartment Complex

This project, developed in conjunction with Tomazos Group, will deliver 72 serviced apartment dwellings over five levels, and 178 residential dwellings (38 x 1 bedroom, 72 x 2 bedroom, 68 x 3 bedroom) over 19 residential levels.  Ground floor consists of 4 commercial tenancies and a porte-cochere opening into a shared entrance lobby.

 

There is 2 ½ levels of basement car parking consisting car spaces ramping up from ground level. The podium level incorporates nearly 1000m2 of communal area and amenities for the residential and serviced apartment residences.

 

These double height sky parks will provide landscaped gardens, BBQ areas and 360 degree views to be enjoyed by all residences.

 

Natural materials and vertical landscaping have been utilised significantly in this project to offer a ‘tropical’ and sympathetic feel.
