Building
BLR Homes in Darwin pays high attention to detailing and finishes. We take the time and effort to create a well finished product for our clients.
We have the machinery and the people to do the best possible job for you. Our local Darwin team is made up of experienced trades from machinery operators, carpenters, boilermakers, concreters and roofers.
BLR Homes do contract work also if you only want a particular trade or machine hire let us know. We are ready to help. Excavator, skid steer truck, ride on trowel machines for over large jobs.
HOW WE WORK
VANTAGE HOMES will make a site visit to check size and land gradient to make environmental considerations.

After a site visit we would like to know any ideas you have for your design.
We will start writing a project brief of your ideas and any must have lists.
Every design will implement passive design for Darwin’s climate.
Next our concept sketches will start.

We will then continue to design a detailed set of plans until your happy with the design. You have unlimited design revisions.
